UDI is pleased to give Members an exclusive sneak peek of the results of our inaugural ‘State of the Market’ report before it’s released to the public.
Created in partnership with Urban Analytics, the UDI quarterly report provides developers with the latest research, economic and statistical trends relevant to the Metro Vancouver new and resale housing markets and your business.
Urban Analytics principal Jon Bennest will provide the latest up-to-the-minute macro-economic and development industry insights in both Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, with plenty of graphs and commentary.
The most recently published quarter reported a population growth of over 3 times that of new home starts in Metro Vancouver. If this trend persists, can we anticipate new home sales to remain steady and growing pressures on price increases across the housing market?
