Fees/Admission:
Foursome - $2,200 - includes lunch, two golf carts, corporate signage at a hole and BBQ dinner.
Individual - $375 - includes lunch, shared golf cart and BBQ dinner. Individuals will be placed on a team with three other golfers.
BBQ Dinner Only - $90 - please contact Ginny Normandeau to attend the dinner portion only.
Payment must be received by April 30, 2013.
Cancellations must be received in writing by May 14, 2013. No refunds will be issued after that date.
