Join Andrew Ramlo, Executive Director of Urban Futures, for a longer-term outlook for change in the Lower Mainland's residential real estate market.
In walking through the factors that will drive change in the region's housing market over the next decade and beyond, Andrew will also bust a few oft-repeated real estate myths:
- Will the aging boomers cause a bust in residential real estate?
- Is foreign ownership really taking over the Lower Mainland market?
- Do we really spend more on housing than anyone else in Canada?
