INNOVATE OR STAGNATE?

Is 2014 the year of innovation? Many are saying that it is. Our January Forecast speakers share their thoughts on what you need to know in order to thrive next year and beyond.

Panel of Speakers:

Colin Bosa ? Chief Executive Officer, Bosa Properties
The Robert Bosa Family of Companies has been constructing homes for Canadians for over 50 years. Today, Bosa Properties is arguably one of BC?s most innovative residential developers. Their newest landmark project is the world?s first fully transformable condominium tower and creates a new approach toward housing livability. Who is buying? Is the profile changing? And what is Bosa Properties planning next?

Colin's presentation slides will be available here shortly - please check back!

Mark Betteridge ? Executive Director, Discovery Parks
As BC?s go-to builder for leading edge technological companies who need innovative commercial and research facilities, Discovery Parks  has created more than two million square feet of space to date. With the arrival of Amazon, Facebook, Twitter and Microsoft, Vancouver is stepping up as the 2014 tech hot spot. Mark Betteridge tells us what?s driving this growth and if it will continue. Will technology become an increasingly important sector in the BC economy, and how will it affect your business?
