Four experts will outline the benefits of having better transit and transportation that voters should have in mind for the coming referendum.



Iain Black - President, Vancouver Board of Trade and Co-chair, Better Transit and Transportation Coalition (BTTC) - will outline the benefits of the transportation investment plan for the region and the work of the BTTC. 

Benjamin Dachis - Senior Policy Analyst, C.D. Howe Institute, Toronto - will share the results of the first independent analysis on the true economic cost of congestion.

Ryan Bragg - Principal, Perkins+Will - will share examples of how other cosmopolitan cities and regions have taken advantage of transportation investment. Ryan's extensive portfolio includes large-scale, transit-oriented projects including Marine Gateway.

David Podmore - Chairman & CEO, Concert Properties - has been involved in numerous big projects (Convention Centre, BC Place Stadium and the Vancouver 2010 Olympics) and understands the importance of big initiatives. David will outline the importance of winning the transit referendum for the real estate development industry.
