- Daniel Boffo – Principal, Boffo Properties – a family real estate company that approaches developments from a neighbourhood-building perspective, Daniel currently has two smaller community projects under construction.
- Beau Jarvis – SVP Development, Wesgroup Properties – Beau is overseeing the build-out of the 130-acre master-planned River District community with 7,000 homes.
- Joo Kim Tiah – President and CEO, Holborn Group – Joo Kim is spearheading two high-profile developments: the $360M Trump Tower Vancouver and the $300M Little Mountain project.
