Event Description:

Change is our only real Normal

A new normal, the next normal - forget normal, and adapt to change? Andy’s return to the UDI stage is not in his normal format as Andy returns to the stage with a virtual version of his annual UDI address. After providing ongoing COVID-related updates to the industry throughout the spring and summer, Andy is back with a normal for now format with his engaging humour and thoughtful data-driven perspectives on what our world may look like post-pandemic. As we all try to grasp that the only thing that will be normal is change, join us for some reflection on the history of changing people, places and the real estate market, and our outlook for the region as it moves toward a new landscape that may never have existed.
