Elva Kim, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing - Anthem
Elva Kim is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Anthem. She leads a dedicated team of 80+ sales, marketing and homeowner care professionals, who together, bring Anthem’s extensive portfolio of residential and land communities through their project life cycles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and received her real estate education from University of British Columbia’s School of Business. Elva is passionate about her community and serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for Atira Women’s Resource Society.

Daryl Simpson, Executive Vice President - Bosa Properties
Daryl Simpson is a veteran of the Metro Vancouver real estate industry. Since joining the industry in 1993, Daryl has been responsible for some of the industry’s most notable developments and most memorable campaigns. As Executive Vice President of the Bosa Family Companies, Daryl oversees sales, marketing and customer experiences for both Bosa Properties and BlueSky Properties. Throughout his over two decades with the company, he has played a pivotal role in assisting with the growth of one of Canada’s most respected, privately-owned brands, through numerous downturns and market fluctuations. Daryl currently holds an Executive Board position with the UDI, and sits on the board of the Hecht Foundation, and Equitable Real Estate Investment Corp.

Greg Zayadi, Senior Vice President, Developer Services - rennie
Greg Zayadi brings more than two decades of experience in Western Canadian real estate and development. A former executive with Anthem Properties, Greg was a key member of the team, leading the company’s growth since 2009 through his participation in all aspects of acquisition, design, development, construction and management of residential and commercial assets. Notably, he helped lead the visioning, design and positioning of a one-million-square-foot mixed-use development in Burnaby. Greg has successfully brought nearly 15,000 condominium units to market during his career, often managing multiple stakeholders within complex partnership structures. His ability to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders and his deep knowledge of the Vancouver real-estate market make Greg a valuable presence at any boardroom table.
