BOB RANSFORD PRESENTATION

Right now, a
Sense of Place is more important than ever before. Join UDI for an insightful discussion on buyer sentiment and what is fueling Metro Vancouver's real estate market right now in terms of buyer expectation.

As the COVID-19 health pandemic persists, and buyers and owners currently spending more time at home, this discussion will focus on the exodus from the urban centre in search of more space, the importance of making homes customizable to buyer interest, and changes current owners are making to feel more at home in their own space, with an emphasis on outdoor space.

As buyers and owners have the time and resources to put into their homes, they are working to ensure their home is a reflection upon themselves and their family and somewhere they can take great comfort. Join Cameron McNeill from MLA Canada, Paul Sangha from Paul Sangha Creative, and Bob Ransford from Century Group as these three industry leaders discuss ?A Sense of Place?.
