The Ministry of Water, Land, and Resource Stewardship will present on initiatives to speed up permitting such as the Housing Action Taskforce, the Single Window for provincial permitting, the Single Housing Application Service, and the Enhanced Navigator Service.   
The session will include a demonstration of the Single Housing Application Service form that will assist the Housing Navigators to coordinate authorizations across the Natural Resource Ministries.

Panelists 
Jennifer Anthony, Executive Lead, Permitting Solutions Office - Ministry of Water Land and Resource Stewardship 
Jennifer is the Executive Lead for the Permitting Solutions Office in the Ministry of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship.  The Permitting Solutions Office is responsible for working across the Natural Resource Ministries to establish greater certainty, transparency and clarity in the permitting process while reducing the overall volume of applications moving through the system.  Since joining the public service in BC in 2007, Jennifer has dabbled across different positions and jurisdictions, including a brief 2-year hiatus up to the Yukon to manage a regional office with the Yukon Environmental and Socio-Economic Board.  Jennifer has worked with the Environmental Assessment Office and Energy & Mines in a diversity of leadership positions focused on a variety of mining-related issues. 
Prior to joining the BC public service, Jennifer worked with the federal government in the Northwest Territories as well as Alberta under the Agriculture and Agri-Foods department as well as Environment Canada.  
Megan Williams, Director Tactical Solutions, Permitting Solutions Office -Ministry of Water Land and Resource Stewardship 
Megan is the Director of the Tactical Solutions Team within the Permitting Solutions Office.  The Tactical Solutions team works directly on permitting solutions for provincial priority projects such as Housing and Connectivity. Megan has spent almost 30 years working for the Provincial Government in various roles within the Natural Resource Ministries. As a Registered Professional Forester, Megan spent her initial years with the Ministry of Forests, but then found a passion for client service and business transformation in various roles with the Integrated Land Management Bureau, and Energy & Mines. Megan has an extensive understanding of the interaction of natural resource applications, legislation, processes and systems in BC.  
Dillon Stuart 
Provincial Specialist, Natural Resource proficiency extends to various aspects of project management, including business planning, contract management, and strategic direction. Dillon's exemplary leadership has led to successful inter-government projects, fostering strong relationships with industry partners, senior executives, and key interest holders. With a B.Sc. in Natural Resource Management: Forestry and a Registered Professional Forester designation, Dillon brings a wealth of expertise to any forum. 
 Dillon's current focus is increasing the housing supply in British Columbia and is collaborating with multiple ministries to accelerate and transform the Provincial regulatory regime in the space of housing.  

Brad Jones, Senior Vice President, Development - Wesgroup (Moderator)  
Brad oversees Wesgroup's Development, Sales, and Marketing Groups. In addition, he's also responsible for project design, community consultation, and government relations.  
With a background in Urban and Regional Planning, he has been involved in the design, approval and delivery of nearly 4,000 homes, over 4.5 million square feet of built space, and 2.4 billion in project values.
