Event Description:

Join us and our esteemed panel for our webinar on escalating strata insurance one year later. Last year’s webinar covered insights on the different steps our industry can take to mitigate the impacts. The BCFSA has issued a final report on its findings regarding why strata insurance is rapidly increasing and potential solutions.

One issue they raised was the need to clarify Warranty Coverage for new strata developments. Our expert panel will explore how best to manage warranty and strata insurance for consumers and builders. In addition, an alternate insurance model will be discussed.
