Join Michael Ferreira and Jon Bennest of Urban Analytics on April 30 for a full summary review of the new multi-family home market in Metro Vancouver for Q1-2020. The update will cover the highlights of the new home market, which was showing signs of improvement and strength leading up to the emergence of COVID related policies in mid to late March.
The UA Take will analyze sales, inventory, standing inventory and pricing by product type, location and construction status. UA will also provide their expert Take on the Q1-2020 market results, answer questions and give commentary on where opportunities exist and which sectors are poised to outperform others in coming quarters.

Jon Bennest, Principal - Urban Analytics
Jon brings over a decade of extensive real estate analytical experience to the UA team. Prior to UA Jon conducted market research and provided strategic recommendations for two of BC's more prolific home builders, which helped him obtain a thorough knowledge of the market. Jon's critical thinking abilities allow him to quickly identify the critical factors contributing to the potential success or failure of the developments he assesses.
Michael Ferreira, Managing Principal - Urban Analytics
For more than 20 years, Michael has provided market intelligence and insight to senior-level executives in the residential real estate industry. Having successfully navigated through multiple real estate cycles, Michael knows what to look for to accurately assess, predict and maximize value for current and future projects.
Anne McMullin is the President and CEO of the Urban Development Institute (UDI) ? the leading voice for the development industry in BC. Anne joined UDI in 2012 following a career path which has incorporated extensive experience in Public Affairs and Community Engagement over a span of more than 20 years.
Previous to her role at UDI, Anne was the President and General Manager of the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce. Prior to that she was Director of Communications at Port Metro Vancouver, President of the BC Salmon Farmers? Association, a reporter for Global TV in Vancouver, and a reporter and broadcaster for Mountain FM in Squamish. Anne is a Board Member with UBC Properties Trust, a Trustee with the Jack Webster Foundation Excellence in Journalism and is a volunteer with many other community organizations. Previously Anne was a Board Member with BC?s Knowledge Network, Vice Chair of Field Hockey Canada and President of the West Vancouver Field Hockey Club.
Anne studied political science at the University of British Columbia, and holds a journalism diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). In 2017 Anne received the BCIT Distinguished Alumni award.
