From land to labour and building materials, construction costs have been unstable in the past two years. This has been exacerbated by the global pandemic, geo political uncertainty and the resulting economic conditions felt worldwide. The burning question on everyone’s mind is: What’s next? What are the risks and how can we mitigate them?
Register now and hear from industry experts on where construction material and labour costs seem to be heading, major factors contributing to this outlook, and steps developers can take to manage their project costs moving forward.
Please join us for this session from the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), səl̓ilw̓ətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), q̓íc̓əy̓ (Katzie), kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem), Qayqayt, Kwantlen, Semiahmoo and Tsawwassen peoples.
