The Women of UDI Committee has planned an evening of lighthearted learning – join us for an introduction to the wonderful world of whisky! What’s the difference between Scotch and whisky? Did you know that all Scotch is whisky, but not all whisky is Scotch?
If you’ve always wanted to learn more about this magic elixir, we’ve reserved a private room at the new Boulevard restaurant with spots for just 40 people. Everyone welcome!
Bar Manager Justin Taylor will educate our palates with five Scotch samples paired with three canapés.

- The Glenfiddich 12 year, Speyside
- McClellands, Islay
- The Arran, Robbie Burns, Isle of Arran
- Glendronach, Sherry Cask, Highland
- Highland Park 12 year, Orkney Island
- Braised Beef Short Rib Grilled Cheese – onion jam, aged cheddar
- Crispy Chicken ‘Oyster’ Skewer – fish sauce caramel, sambal chili
- Basil Arancini – vegetable ‘bolognese’, bocconcini
