UDI Pacific and Capital Region present the Women of UDI Weekly Workout Series: an initiative for our industry to stay connected, active, and to support local businesses within our community.
Join us and Katrina Barrett of Better Bodies on Tuesday,April 21 for a 45 minute online class that will be a full body workout incorporating elements of strength training, Pilates and mobility. No equipment is needed although a yoga mat, dumbbells (or soup cans/household items) and active shoes are optional. The workout can take place in your living room or outdoors - look forward to a good lunchtime sweat!
Meet the trainer! This session will be led by Katrina Barrett - an Australian personal trainer with a huge passion for empowering people to discover the healthiest version of themselves. Vancouver's great outdoors drew her in and inspire her daily. She works hard and mindfully in the gym so that she can feel strong and powerful in the mountains, forest and ocean.
