UDI Pacific and Capital Region present the Women of UDI Weekly Workout Series: a community partnership initiative for our industry to stay connected, active, and to support local businesses within our community.
Join us on Wednesday, April 29 for a lunchtime workout with BPM. The class will be their zero-equipment Bootcamp, so it's accessible to anyone and everyone. It's full-body, it's high-intensity, and it will test your strength and stamina for 60-minutes of fun! 
Located in the heart of Saanich, BPM Fitness Centre (BPM FC) is the younger BIGGER brother of the BPM Indoor Cycling Studio. Developed on the principles of inclusivity, generosity, and fun BPM FC provides a welcoming environment free from gym-timidation, where you can feel comfortable while safely pushing your physical limits.

Meet the Trainer
Daniel is a Personal Trainer and Coach at BPM Fitness Centre. He brings a wealth of biomechanics and mobility knowledge to the table to give you a safe and effective kickass workout.

Why are we doing this? We had planned a number of fitness-based networking events prior to COVID-19. In addition, the Women of UDI have a community partnership initiative which seeks to support charities, NPOs and people in need. Our local fitness studios can’t offer in-person classes during this pandemic and we want to provide an opportunity to support these small businesses.
