UDI Pacific and Capital Region present the Women of UDI Weekly Workout Series: an initiative for our industry to stay connected, active, and to support local businesses within our community.
Join us on Tuesday, April 14 for a lunchtime workout with Lagree West, and work off some of that Easter chocolate!
Lagree West has locations in both Vancouver and Victoria. The online session will be a high-intensity pilates-based workout inspired by the Megaformer. While they can't ship a Megaformer to you, they can still deliver the shakes! They'll be leading you through a full-body workout that will strengthen, lengthen, and tone, just like their signature Megaformer workouts. You'll need a yoga mat and sliders (or small towels also work), resistance bands are optional but encouraged for maximum shakes.
Lagree West is offering this class free of charge, and we encourage members to donate what they can to support this local business. Donations can be e-transferred to email@example.com, please make the password 'lagreewest' (no caps/spaces).
