Suzana Goncalves (Moderator) – EVP Sales and Marketing, Partner, MLA Canada
Suzana Goncalves is EVP, Sales & Marketing and Partner at MLA Canada (McNeill Lalonde and Associates). MLA Canada specializes in multi-family residential new construction and provides advisory, market intelligence, sales, marketing, customer care and lease-up services to some of Western Canada's top developers. Since 2001, Suzana has worked on projects in every product type from single-family up to master-planned communities in Alberta and BC. Prior to MLA Canada, Suzana was VP of Marketing for MAC Marketing Solutions winning several awards for marketing excellence for various projects and playing an instrumental role in the company's growth and reputation for client focused results. Suzana is also the acting chair of the Women of UDI. 

Debbie Johansen Director of Construction, Ledcor
Debbie Johansen started with Ledcor March 1997 with the Vancouver Construction Group.  During my career I have progressed from project administrator to Project Director in Construction and then most recently to Director of Construction with Ledcor Properties.  I have worked on a variety of projects from airport major projects to high end residential to commercial and tenant improvements. Let me know if you require anything else.
Kristina Morse Principal, Resolve Search Professionals
Kristina Morse began her recruitment career in 2004 with a national agency, then founded Resolve Search Professionals in 2006 to focus her practice on the real estate sector.  Over the past sixteen years, she has discretely worked alongside her clients’ senior leadership teams to strategically build their acquisitions, development, construction and marketing teams. Her work has permitted her to establish trusted relationships with some of Metro Vancouver’s most prominent and respected companies.  Complementing this, Kristina has formed close connections with an extensive network of both experienced and emerging real estate professionals and maintains her relationships with these individuals throughout their careers. Her focus on matching the culture and needs of her clients with the goals and skills of candidates has provided her with insight into the trends and challenges of the local real estate development market from both a corporate and individual perspective.      Kristina completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at Ryerson University and a Master of Business Administration at Simon Fraser University. She was a member of the founding board of the Urban Development Institute of British Columbia and is a Past President of the Canadian Construction Women. Kristina balances her work with time for her active family, the most recent addition to which is a golden retriever puppy.  
Wendy Waters Vice President, Research Services & Strategy, GWL Realty Advisors
Wendy Waters has over 20 years of experience in real estate research, nearly 16 of them with GWL Realty Advisors. At GWLRA she leads Research Services & Strategy team, which provides strategic analysis to support and grow the portfolios of real estate under management including office, industrial, retail and multi-residential assets. The research team focuses on the economic, demographic and social drivers of real estate performance as well as capital flow and market trends that shape returns. A key responsibility is providing proprietary research and analysis to support development, including rental buildings, office assets and industrial.  Wendy regularly publishes research at gwlra.com/research and shares insights on panels across Canada and is currently on the UDI Rental Housing Committee.
