ZEBx is proud to partner with BCIT and three CO2-based DHW heat pump suppliers to present our three-part, in-person Tech Demo Series
Using heat pumps to generate hot water isn't a futuristic technological dream. These heat pumps are here now, available from BC suppliers and are a key strategy to help reduce emissions from both new and existing buildings. Not all DHW heat pumps are created equal though. Some use refrigerants with a high global warming potential, while others use refrigerants with an ultra-low GWP - like CO2.
ZEBx is proud to partner with BCIT for this last of three CO2-based DHW heat pump workshops. This one will feature Mitsubishi Electric's new CITY MULTI QAHV, capable of reaching a CoP of 4.11 and operating in temperatures as low as -25 C. Join us to learn about this heat pump, which will be on display in BCIT's fascinating High-Performance Buildings Lab for this workshop.
