Event Description:
The assessor increased land values by some 20-40% across the region for the 2015 roll. Recent transactions are suggesting significant increases for the 2016 roll. Tax Agents and lawyers have been very busy over the past year litigating valuation and classification issues. The 2016 assessment roll is quickly approaching with a valuation date of July 1, 2015 and a permitted use and physical condition date of October 31, 2015.
